Safeguard Security Services established in 2006 came to exist via acquisition of BD Sec in trade since 2001 in Sydney Metro with established clients in Guarding, Patrols and Electronics. Safeguard Security was established with focus on Residential and Small Commercial Market and with strategic marketing and further acquisition by 2009 Safeguard expanded its operations to Victoria and Queensland.

Safeguard currently services NSW – Greater Sydney Metro, Central Coast and South Coast, Vic- Greater Melbourne Metro and Geelong and Qld- Greater Brisbane Metro and Gold Coast.
